Panyi Digah Polandu  graduated from Kaduna Polytechnic in the year 1982 with Diploma and Higher Diploma in Business Administration. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Master Business Administration (Management) from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi.

He work experience started after NYSC with the Federal College of Education (Technical) Gombe as an Instructor; then moved to the Defunct Bauchi State Health Management Board as Accountant Loans/Advances.

Panyi took to Banking as a career with Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc in 1987 and worked in four branches till 1993 when he was the Officer-in-charge of the Banks training function in Kaduna. He left for Inland Bank Plc in 1996 as Training Manager. While in Inland Bank Plc., he held the positions of Head, Chief Compliance Officer; Head, Domestic Banking Operations; Group Head, Human Resources Management. At the 2005 Banks consolidation he was Group Head, Training and Development of FinBank Plc now merged to FCMB.

He left banking industry in December, 2008 and went into private consultancy. He is currently the MD/CEO of Dunyi Management Consultants Ltd.

Panyi is a member to the Chartered Nigerian Institute of Management; Associated Member to Institute of Certified Credit Administrators; Member, The Certified Institute of Nigerian Institute for Training and Development and a Fellow to the Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management.
